The FN F2000 series takes the compact bullpup format to a whole new level. Modern materials, innovative design and enhanced ergonomics combine with a full-length barrel to maximize ballistic performance of the 5.56x45mm NATO (223 Rem.) chambering. The FN F2000 design is based on several interchangeable modules to create an integrated system that can accomplish diverse missions, while reducing overall acquisition and training costs because only one basic weapon platform is used. The F2000 is truly ambidextrous and includes a rear chamber verification hatch and forward ejection of fired cases. The compact bullpup design puts the center of balance directly over the firing hand. The F2000 Tactical’s folding foregrip enhances operator control, while multiple MIL-STD 1913 rails offer mounting points for optical sights, tactical lights and lasers. The F2000 offers a top-mounted 1.6x optical sighting module.
